Cancellations/Reschedule requests accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24-48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost if notified. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of treatment cost and no further booking can be made before clearing. Booking fees are non-refundable.
