BOOKINGS:
An appointment is only confirmed once a non-refundable booking fee is received (price dependent on treatment) and we have confirmed your booking to you. We send the payment infomation when a specific slot is requested and we continue to offer this slot out until the booking fee is received.
The reason for this is that people sometimes change their mind, or promise to get back to us but then don't, so we don’t ‘hold’ places as it’s an administrative nightmare. If there is demand for a specific slot, the first one to pay will be given the place and the other person will be given a full refund or offered an alternative date/time.
Non-refundable booking fees are to be paid via debit/credit card, PayPal or bank transfer which MUST include your name as a reference so that we can identify who the deposit is from. No cash payments. Non-refundable booking fees are also non-transferrable so if an alternative date is required, a further non-refundable booking fee would be required to secure the new slot.
TREATMENT PRICE:
Once a booking has been made, the booker (person that paid) becomes liable for the relevant balance (see cancellation charges below).
COURSES:
To secure your course, a non-refundable booking fee is required for each appointment secured. The remaining balance will be due in full on your first session at the latest to benefit from the discounted price. Course dates are arranged and confirmed during this visit once payment has been made. If the balance isn’t paid or you cancel the booking, then the usual cancellation fees apply (see below).
FINANCE:
Finance is offered for courses or multiple treatment areas which are higher value, subject to meeting Payl8r's eligibility requirements. We are a broker, not a lender, and use Payl8r who you will make your application through.
Once a treatment plan and cost have been agreed, if you wish to make a finance application, an invoice will be sent through to you via the email that you provide to us. Your application will then be considered and a decision will be made by Payl8r based on credit worthiness and affordability.
RECEIPTS:
When you pay your deposit, you will receive a message from us to confirm receipt. We will send this message to the same thread that we have been communicating.
TRANSFER OF ATTENDEE:
If the original attendee is unable to attend, we will allow you to send another person in their place at no extra cost, but it must be for the date and time booked, and they must be suitable for treatment. Please notify us of the new attendee’s details so that we can confirm suitability prior to us confirming the transfer.
NO SHOWS:
If you simply don’t arrive for your appointment, and haven’t contacted us to say why, no refund or free transfer will be given, and you will be liable for the treatment cost. No further booking will be granted to you before this is resolved.
If you do not show up on three occasions, we reserve the right to apply special terms and request full payment at time of booking which is non-refundable under any circumstances.
EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS BY YOU:
If you have a serious emergency near or on the date of your appointment and have to cancel, please contact us to discuss and we will help you all we can. No refund will be given, but a free transfer to another date/time may be offered.
We understand that this may be sensitive but we reserve the right to ask for proof before working out the best decision as this also has a financial impact on our business but rest assured, we will do our best to work with you to provide an outcome best fit for both you and the business, where the reason is genuine.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:
All cancellations must be made in the same thread as the original booking. Cancellations/Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before treament.
A non-refundable booking fee is taken per appointment booked. If the appointment is cancelled 24-48 hours of appointment time then a 50% cost of treatment price will need to be paid before a future appointment can be made. If notified less than 24 hours before appointment, or simply do not show up you will be liable for the full cost of treatment.
Courses are non-refundable. Courses not yet started or appointment due outside of 48 hours are eligible for date changes.
If you are late for your appointment, we will aim to continue with the appointment with a reduced treatment time, depending on the treatment being performed. We will not continue with the appointment if the time left would result in being unable to follow correct procedures and deliver a good outcome. Late arrivals are still liable for the full cost of the treatment booked.
***Exceptions to the Cancellation/Reschedule policy applies to any prescription only medicines (POMs) as these require us to pay a prescriber for your individual script, and the prescription only medicine is solely for the use of the person named on the prescrition and therefore cannot be transferred to use on anyone else.* This means that any treatment that requires a POM is payable upon booking, and is non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted, provided it is within the timescales detailed in the cancellation policy (above)***
IF WE CANCEL:
We will offer you an alternative date/time or refund you in full.
Filthy Gorgeous Beauty & Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel, postpone or otherwise alter the date/time of an appointment without notice. In such circumstances, Filthy Gorgeous Beauty & Aesthetics will offer an alternative solution or, if alternatives are unsuitable, refund all payments received in full without penalty of cancellation charge. No compensation will be made for travel, hotel or other expenses incurred.
VENUE:
Filthy Gorgeous Beauty & Aesthetics reserves the right to change the treatment venue to an alternative premises. If a venue is changed, we will not be liable for your hotel or travel costs that you incur. Please note that this scenario would only occur due to any unforeseen circumstances and would be used as a last resort option.

All contents of Filthy Gorgeous Beauty & Aesthetics, correspondence, website and social media content are protected by legal Copyright and cannot be copied, altered, shared (except public posts) or used without written permission from Filthy Gorgeous Beauty & Aesthetics.
EQUALITY:
If you have any special needs, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do whatever we can to help you.
LOYALTY CARD T&Cs:
With each appointment, you are entitled to one stamp on your loyalty card. This must be presented at the time of payment to qualify. After 5 stamps have been collected you will be entitled to one free treatment, up to the value of your lowest priced treatment. If you wish to use the loyalty card against a higher value treatment, this is fine to do so and you will pay the difference at your appointment.
Loyalty cards are non-transferrable for cash equivalent, and may only be used by the client unless agreed by Filthy Gorgeous Beauty & Aesthetics in advance.
If you lose your loyalty card, unfortunately the stamps collected will not be backdated and will therefore be lost.
We reserve the right to withdraw, or change terms at any time and without notice. If we were to do so, current loyalty cards would be honoured.
COMPLAINTS:
In the unfortunate event that you have a complaint, you must make us aware of this as soon as possible, within 48 hours of your appointment.
We do not offer refunds for services received due to time spent and products used, however we will always aim to resolve any issues by initially inviting you back for an in-person review where we can assess the situation and discuss next steps.
If you go elsewhere, or try to rectify issues yourself prior to contacting us or your revision appointment, you invalidate the complaints policy promise.
It is the client's responsibility to follow all aftercare advice in order for us to be able to offer a revision treatment. Should we deem you have not followed the aftercare advice, or if you are found to be in any way dishonest about the situation, we reserve the right to decline revision treatment, free of charge or otherwise.
